  The essential geometry of Phil's outline, which is intrinsic to the discreet attitude of nordic design, has hereby become the metaphor of a secret search for stillness -- as if it was needed to make chaotic everyday life come to a halt. Consequently, a point is identified where the lively padding of the headboard merges into ordered and parallel horizontal modules; the latter ones are, in turn, delimited by a platform whose proportions are strong and regular, and which silently but tenaciously incorporates a valuable space-saving section.
